I love these! Use these for running and cycling. On par with SIS, but very different. These are much thicker, while SIS feels like drinking a liquid more or less. These one do give me burps sometimes, but not always. I have multiple favourites, like salty caramel, strawberry & banana the berries one.

I think it is a great product and have been using it for awhile now. However, I think the price for India is too high. Also, by the time I get the delivery, I get a shortened shelf life.
