I feel so warm and cozy in this infrared sauna. I’m looking for health benefits that infrared is supposed to provide. It was easy to assemble with two people. Great value for the money. The support team was great support, they were easy to correspond with through the WhatsApp and answered all my questions and because it came later than expected, they provided me with two additional infrared lights. I would definitely recommend them and they were very trustworthy and honest with me.

Have been using this for a couple months with no issues. Performed install alone. This was fairly easy. The wall with the glass door is much heavier than the others. The walls and doors snap together with no issues. The suana looks and performs as expected. Very happy with this purchase.

We started on the uncrating project today. It's not for the faint hearted, that's for certain! It was very well packaged but no indication on the crate as to where to start the uncrating. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO INDICATE ON THE CRATE AS TO FRONT/BACK/START, etc.! The crate is 750+- lbs and screwed together with many brackets. You need a powered drill with a screw driver bit to uncrate. Panels are not real heavy but more cumbersome than anything. You really need a helper. Looks like it won't be too difficult to assemble. I will update post after we have completed and actually used the sauna. So far, we're pleased with the quality. UPDATE - We completed assembly in about 6 hours. My husband and I are both 67 and in good physical health. It was a bit overwhelming to even start but we started with the 2 benches, the table and then floor panel pieces, then the back and so on. The instructions provided are really useless. Once the top goes on, there and plugs on the side panels which need to be fed through the top access holes and plugged in. It was necessary to run a 220 line for this sauna. Once the power was on, we turned on the unit and within a few minutes, could already feel it heating up. We have used it several times already and just love it! NOTE - We do have one problem with the control panel. It appears that the factory installed the inside panel on the outside since the ubs plug is on the outside and there is not one on the inside! The power, lights, etc. controls appear to be backward on the outside. I have a request into the seller to replace that part of the panel. Hopefully they will! I will update this review once I have more info. UPDATE - The company did provide a new control panel! We are very pleased with our purchase. We are in the sauna at least every other day for 30-60 minutes. It is wonderful. I have definitely felt improvement in my joints, skin and i believe I've lost a few pounds! We connect our music to the sauna speakers via Bluetooth and sdtretch out and relax!
