I love these noodles and they go with everything. The best part is you season they accordingly to your liking.

I kind of wanted to give these 4 stars but I'm not going to penalize them too much because they just are what they are texture wise. You can boil them and then pan fry them and cut them some so they're not super long but they'll be a tad on the "rubbery" side. However for their nutritional value there's really nothing better, and as long as you know how to season food you can make them delicious. People have talked about weird smells and taste with these types of noodles but I never experienced that with this brand but I still boil them anyway out of habit. I feel like they're a tad expensive but there's not much to compare it too so I won't be too picky on the price front either. I've used these for different Italian meals and Asian meals and they were delicious each time so they definitely do their job. They're filling but low calorie and high fiber with no carbs since the fiber cancels the carbs out. Can't ask for much more.

I miss eating spaghetti. Being diabetic I just don’t eat it. I’m on a strict low carb diet. This is a good alternative to spaghetti… not as good but I still like putting sauces I make on it. The whole package is very filling for me.
