However, before I could reach out to them, they emailed me, and offered to either refund my money or ship a new unit. The case was great, other than the light, so I said they could just send a new light. However, they sent a whole new unit! That is unparalleled customer service. I love the case, and now I love the customer service. I would highly recommend the case and the seller. I could not be happier.Original Review:The case was a bit of a challenge to put together, but not too bad. In my case, everything arrived in perfect condition. Nothing was scratched or broken, and the lights worked fine. I have some coins and a book inside the case, and the lighting is perfect for them. It makes a very nice glow in the corner of my den. That is, it did for about a week. Then the light started to flash rapidly once it has been on for about an hour or so. AZEYN contacted me for more details and photos of what had happened and sent me a replacement. The replacement item was perfect this time. All the pieces fit and I had no issues with assembly. My advice is to use the provided gloves and dust towel to make sure you don't get any finger prints on the plexiglass (it attracts dust due to all the static from ripping off the protective film).My only recommendation would be to add some sort of cord organization so that you can hide the light power cord. Or maybe an option for a black background. Thanks again for the great customer service!Original review:The display itself looks pretty good and the internal frosted light is a nice touch. The issue I ran into was with the stands. The pre-drilled holes were too narrow for the plexiglass inserts to go into. The pegs that should fit snug into the wood, would crack and break off.
