Hydration Electrolyte Drink Tablets, Enhanced Endurance Sports Drink for Running, Cycling, Triathlon, 4-Count (48 Servings), Orange

These hydration tablets are a staple in my training and racing routine. Whether I’m cycling for hours in the heat or heading out for a long run, they help me stay on top of hydration and electrolyte balance without overloading on sugar. Each tablet dissolves quickly in water and delivers a clean dose of electrolytes like sodium and potassium, with minimal calories (only 10 per serving). That makes them ideal when you’re already fueling separately with gels or carbs and want hydration without interfering with your nutrition plan. The flavors are light, not overpowering or too sweet, and the effervescence feels refreshing. The individual tubes make them super convenient for travel or race bags.I usually rotate between these and other brands, but GU has become my go-to when I need something reliable and simple.Pros:• Clean electrolyte profile (sodium, potassium)• Light flavor and low calorie• Quick to dissolve• Perfect for training, racing, or recovery• Travel-friendly packagingCons:• Not as high in sodium as some other options (each serving ≈320mg sodium)• Some people may prefer stronger flavorIf you’re looking for a low-calorie hydration solution that’s effective, portable, and easy on the stomach, this is an excellent choice.

I've bought this before in lemon-lime and orange and really like the flavor and ease of use. Bulk packaging like this is perfect for a cyclist to keep in their car, Use one tab per bottle and it'll last most of the year riding season. Well worth buying and a good price.

Taste good but not as good for hydrating for cycling

Good taste, good quality.

Good taste .i live in Costa Rica and it's so hot during the dry season and 110% humidity during the rainy season that these are very important to staying hydrated! I use them every ride

Excellent product, deliver all needed nutrition I need when riding long distance on my bicycle.

The tabs take time to dissolve, much longer than powder. It took a lot of shaking to turn the tabs into powder. This is not a good drink to slam if you are crazy thirsty. It is comparable to drinking orange Alka Seltzer water. I will go back to powder, instead of tabs. I want a product that dissolves very fast and is something delicious I can slam down on a hot day.
