Magnesium cream
Love this and I even shared with a friend when she was having some neck pain. It takes a while to maybe couple hours but you can definitely feel it working and release some tension and help you relax . I separate them in 2 jars so I can have both at home and at work as needed

Omggggg this stuff really works. Buy it if you have trouble sleeping due to RLS. Guys I hardly ever add reviews but I had to with this. I was up at 3am forgot I bought the cream. Then around 3:30 I remembered ... I rubbed it on my legs shoulders and arms. Next thing I know I'm waking up at 8am THAT'S NEVER HAPPENED B4 LOL so I knowww it was the cream. I did not wake up groggy just feeling like I had sleep. I did have a crazy dream but honestly I can deal with that. But it!!!

Works well in combination with magn capsules
Apply 1T to obtain sleepy effect in about 40 minutes in combination with magnesium capsule supplements. Especially important for insulin regulation. Texture is "wet" and therefore cold in winter, has the consistency of a lotion - not as thick as a cream. Therefore, apply quickly to avoid dripping or sliding off of cream. Leaves a moderately tacky waxy nongreasy residue on skin until absorbed fully, very mild floral scent, plastic jar does tend to leak a bit, so keep upright. No skin irritation.

I think it helps but it doesn't eliminate pain or leg tingling. It's hard to tell how effective it really is. I think it does help some.

Sleeping so soundly now! Neuropathy issues show some improvement.
This goes on thin and not greasy. Took about a week of nightly use to feel like it was doing anything. But then WOW did I start sleeping much deeper. I woke up having slept soundly... something I haven't done in probably... 50 years. The neuropathy numbness and tingling is still there but it is a bit less intense. Overall I'd say it's a good product and will keep using it. I haven't tried other creams so I don't know if it's better or worse but it seems to help, especially with sleep.

This product works very well on your feet and legs
I tried this product because of nerves in my feet and legs, keeping me from sleeping at night. It also helps leg cramps!
