These have become a regular in my kitchen. I love toasting them in a dry pan and blending them into a sesame paste - the flavor is deep, nutty, and rich when toasted. Not super developed if you eat them raw as they come. They also work great sprinkled on salads for a bit of texture and nuttiness. A solid pantry staple.

I recently tried the 2 lb organic black sesame seeds and I'm actually quite happy with them. I bought them to experiment with some new recipes and I have noticed that they have an interesting flavor, a little stronger than the white ones, but nothing that cannot be adapted. One day, I made hummus with these seeds and the truth is that it gave it a special touch that I had not tried before.
