Easy to assemble and use. But the extra pads that were reccommended to accompany the machine do not fit.

I thought this was great at first, but I used it once and halfway through the second time.The spinning head fell off. I don't have a huge house, so there's no reason why, after a use and a half that it should fall apart already

Love that this cleans my floors without any harsh chemicals. Pads are easily washable and extra can be purchased to do larger areas. Cord is long and it's easy to use. Mop is lightweight and stands upright unassisted.

This ScrubMaster is truly a game changer when it comes to your hardwood floors. My wife and I were truly amazed at how much dirt it got off our floors when we thought they were clean already. The look, maneuverability, and durability are truly a huge time savings. The steam that it produces truly sanitizes your floors. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is they do not recommend using anything in the machine but water. Having the ability to add a floor cleaner would be an additional huge time saver.

I originally bought this steam mop for my kitchen tiled floor. Unfortunately it didn’t do such a great job on that floor. I tried both high and low settings. However, when I tried it on my hardwood floors it was perfect! My hardwood looks so clean! I don’t recommend this mop for grouted tiles but I highly recommend it for hardwood flooring. I’m definitely keeping it!
