Wow, tengo un emerson 5.1 (que ya son practicamente las puras torres), pues el centro de control tambien se lo cambié y le puse un subwoofer klipsch. Pues le renove todas las bocinas con las de esta publicación (6 en total) y suena bien bonito. las operas como rigoletto, la traviata, madama butterfly suenan CHIDO y ni se diga de dar ring des nibelungen. WOW!!! buena compra.

Had to replace a blown 3" full range driver in an Acoustic Research ARS70-A BT wireless speaker. I replaced both drivers as the dimensions and specs were a perfect match. The results are excellent and exceeded my expectations. The speaker now sounds solid with a very smooth and listenable sound with ample volume. It was tinny and thin sounding before. I have no idea if the single working speaker was also damaged so I don't know if this setup sounds better than with the original AR drivers. But it does sound good now. And very reasonably priced as well.

I installed them not sure what to expect but was happily surprised at the sound quality they put out and at a affordable price, I recommend these little guys.

Nice speakers. Very clear, even at higher volume levels. Easy to install.

I've got two pairs of those for my custom audio system. They come with 100uF bipolar capacitor spliced into the wire as a high pass filter. This makes them quieter if your amp is wimpy, but it allows for more volume with a better amp without over-excursion and damaging the speaker. 150uF could be a good compromise if you need more bass and do not need them screaming. If your amp cannot give enough power to cause over-excursion - just remove the capacitors. The sound quality is as good as it gets for speakers of this size. I really wish to see the full data sheet for these.
