This is a great cooler. Per Bodega it only comes with one basket. The dual cooling zone actually works . It is pretty quiet, but not silent, After all it is basically a mini refrigerator. It’s a pretty big cooler so check you measurements, but it fits in the back of my SUV. It might be to tall for the back of a pickup truck with a bed cover. I ran it all night and it held the temps . Never buying ice again unless totally off the grid. After further testing I will give update.

It works quite well. If I choose freezer temps for one side and refrigerator temps for the other, I get what I want. It also cools down quickly so I can chill it down on 120v and then take it to the car pre-cooled. I really like the wire baskets so I can fill the basket and put it in the cooler quickly without the losing too much cool.

Works great and arrived in good condition. Can tell it’s not a commercial unit but for the cost it is awesome. It’s no louder than any mini fridge I’ve had, so it’s not silent but reasonably quiet. Only thing I wish is that it could fit 12-packs of soda but the depth is too shallow. Not a big deal though.

This unit worked great initially, for about a month. This unit does not cool consistently on DC power in the car. I keep the battery protection setting on Low. The voltage does not drop below 11 volts on the unit. It has not displayed an error code. On AC power it works properly and meets my expectations but on DC in the car, while the car is not running it does not meet my expectations. I had to throw away all that was in it b/c it failed to cool below 55 degrees F. This problem has just begun. It worked properly for the first 3-4 weeks. I cannot find any info in the troubleshooting manual that properly deals with this issue. This unit was purchased on 3/28. Today is 5/17/21. This was $500 down the toilet. Emailed the company on 5/13/21 but have yet to hear back.

This cooler was a great addition to our backyard. It holds many drinks and it keeps it cool. It’s a decent size and is was easy to move around. Definitely recommend for a restaurant or backyard.

I purchased this refrigerator in October of last year. It was delivered on the 14th. My wife and I were very excited to make this choice because some other brands are more expensive, even though the reviews on this one seem to be mixed in opinion. We never purchased this refrigerator to keep food frozen, only to keep it at proper temperature for camping. But it should get cold enough to do as advertised to freeze food. The refrigerator seem to work OK for keeping food cold in the beginning. But I never did a test on it to see if it would actually freeze or keep food frozen when I first purchased it. This is a lot of money to pay for something that really doesn’t work well. I’ve been running it off and on in our van since that time. I have a dedicated battery system/solar generator to operate it while we are traveling. I have also used it to bring food home from shopping, but not actually to go camping with for which it was it its intended purpose. For the past two days now in February 2022, it seems to take a very long time to get cold. I have been running it since last night so it has been almost 24 hours, and it has still not gotten to the temperature I set it to go to which is 30° or colder. The coldest it seems to get is in the 40s. I have had it set to 30 or less the whole time. I took out the baskets earlier this morning to see if having those chambers open to each other would help it work to get colder faster. Before having the baskets and the divider installed, the larger side would never drop below 60°. This has been a very slow process for this refrigerator. A good amount of warm air comes out the vents as expected. I am now thinking that this refrigerator has some type of problem with how it was manufactured. This is very disappointing considering the price point of over $500. I’m upset & scared to make contact with the manufacturer because of the reviews written that they do not respond! I would say possibly avoid this refrigerator and buy something else even if it cost a few hundred dollars more. Friends of mine that go camping quite a bit always talk about a brand called Dometic. But now I am very upset at the thought that I am going to have to spend money on another brand. This refrigerator made by Bodega has the potential to be a very nice unit. It is well made, and things are easy to understand. I have made all the proper adjustments months ago on the control panel to compensate for voltage input, and how this affects the unit running constantly, instead of shutting off because of F1 low voltage warning. I gotten the F5 code warning in the past which indicates a low voltage situation. You just change the voltage settings to fix that. It’s funny it popped this up even when it’s plugged into the AC outlet today in February. Something is wrong with this unit for sure. I even have changed it from Eco mode, to max power, and it still has a very hard time getting to the temperature you want it to get to. At this point I’m afraid to take it on our camping trip two days from now. I worry that I’m going to lose all my food even though the food will be chilled and frozen. I have a trip planned two months from now that will take my wife and I through three states. I’m thinking seriously of just buying something different. This is so disappointing…. February 15, 2022, UPDATE: (Possible Fix For F-5 Error) I did this: Since the customer service reviews are so horrible, and I’m past the return window I did this. I was able to fix the refrigerator and it works perfectly, even freezes water! The F5 warning is actually overheating of the unit. Not low voltage as I mentioned earlier in my review. Should have done my research! This was the problem. The cooling fan was not working. It was stuck rubbing the condenser coils. I don’t think the fan ever worked because of this. You can check this, maybe it’s a fix for you. This is a common maintenance you need to check with any refrigerator anyway. Put the refrigerator on a bench so the compressor side with the vented panel hangs over to remove it with the screws showing underneath. Of course unplug the refrigerator prior to removing the panel. The power input plug receptacle is connected to that panel. Remove the red and black wires and remember to put them back the same way. Locate the fan and see if it spins free using a pencil by flicking it. If your mechanically inclined you can carefully run the refrigerator before you remove the wires to see if the fan spins. I used a small plastic pry tool to clearance the fan housing from the coils. BE CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE THE COILS, or the fan housing. Test run and use compressed air to blow out any dust. Put the cover back on. Test run. I duct taped screen on the inlet side to keep large debris from entering. This is a possibility for those of you with overheating issues. The refrigerator works perfectly now. Freezes water!

I purchased this Bodega refrigerator/freezer and had an error code upon startup. I followed the directions provided to restart the unit and unfortunately the unit would not run. I notified the customer service team that was available with the shipped unit. They were amazing and offered solutions to get the unit running and also offered to replace it if unsuccessful. I100% recommend the Bodega Product and be reassured they stand behind what they offer. Again, 100% satisfied with this company and cannot say enough about what their customer service team represents.

There's a lot of choices out there for this type of cooler but this has been perfect for the last 4 months that I've owned it. It goes to set temperatures in 20 minutes when plugged in to AC and stays close to that when on DC in the car.

Overall, so far this fridge freezer is running really well. Its definitely cold enough in both compartments for a fridge, but not all is ideal. Both compartments can "technically" be a fridge or a freezer, but what it doesn't tell you in the description is that the biggest compartment is officially the freezer reaching temperatures of -20C and the smaller one is the fridge. The small one will reach -10C if you want to swap them around. but as the recommend freezer temperature is -13C to -17C it doesn't really tick that box for long term use. I needed a fridge with small freezer compartment and have ended up with a freezer with small fridge compartment. I haven't used the bluetooth feature, i don't need it so have no intention of trying. the controls on the device are clear and easy to use. In hot weather is seems to pull a constant 50-60 Watts Which is much less than my caravan 3 way fridge but a lot more than the stated 0.25Kwh per 24hours. Time will tell as the weather cools down if this improves. The lid is not reversible like some other versions i have seen. So overall, it seems like a great fridge freezer for the price, especially compared to a Dometic Fridge freezer which is crazy expensive. my only issue is the minimal fridge space compared to the freezer space.
