GREAT product for jock itch. I have dealt with itch for many years and many doctor’s prescriptions for medication. Even with insurance the prescriptions are/were expensive. I tried this product, which price per bar is expensive BUT it WORKS!!!! I shower each morning, rinse and then rub skin in crotch with the bar directly. Rub area thoroughly and rinse. No itch - itch gone. Repeat each morning. NOTE: people say it dissolves quickly. I was taught at young age to buy any bar soap, many bars stocked up. Upon buying, completely unwrap all bars and place on a wire shelf. With air space all around each bar. This allows the bar to harden and it will last much longer than a freshly unwrapped bar. This is a great solution to an itchy problem. But 1 bar to test/try, if it works for you as it did for me, then buy 5 bar pack.

*AUTHENTIC REVIEW FROM PSORIASIS SUFFERER* I was very very skeptical for years about this product. It was the packaging being so perfect, since I am a packaging designer and no how product perception + marketing can be deceiving + past failures buying expensive products. I was looking up Antifungals to possibly cure my psoriasis which is basically dermatitis linked to Candida/bacteria overgrowth. My first time using it, I noticed the strong essential oil smell (the smell alone made me know this stuff is potent), good lather, average hard soap longevity & how well my skin felt. It's so weird but every time I used this product, my skin just feels good, healthy & calmed down like it's taking a breather from the chaos + healing finally. My skin is baby soft & glowy. Since then the psoriasis on my face & body reduced, making my skin texture smoother but not completely & a good amount of Inflammation has reduced. It wasn’t irritating, just felt like my old skin somewhat after 8 days of using it, I have to restock because I was it using morning & night + on my hair/scalp. This bar will knock bacteria on the side of their microscopic heads and clean your skin for close to normal skin again eventually. You just have to use it long term to see better results. My skin routine 1. I let salicylic acid wash sit on my face & body to soften the scales & dryness. 2. Marinate & gently massage the plaques in an oil bath to exfoliate the dead skin cells to reach the issue. 3. Then sitting up & massaging my entire body using the defense Antifungal soap without water washing it off for about 5 minutes. 4. I repeat these steps to ensure the product is doing its magic & give the bacteria warning! 5. I’ll massage hyaluronic acid to help with the wound healing & reduction of scaring, also hydration. 6. Lastly, mixing an oil or butter with a few drops of oregano oil for extra anti-bacterial protection, hyperpigmentation, & anti-inflammation. BUT TO ENSURE YOU, the defense soap is the main product that reducing the psoriasis other than the oregano oil. Without this, my skin will be raised, bumpy & drier. I WISH THIS COMPANY CREATED MADE A LARGE CREAM OR SALVE THAT WILL LAST. ONLY COMPLAINT Y IS THE PRICE POINT, US SKIN SUFFERERS ARE ALWAYS EXPLOITED WITH EXPENSIVE PRICES. THEY KNOW WE ARE DESPERATE FOR A SOLUTION. I AM THINKING ABOUT USING THIS BRAND AS A STAPLE BRAND FOR HYGIENE!

My husband had some weird skin thing on one spot of his body that he couldn’t get rid of for over a year. We decided to try this soap to see if it was some kind of fungus. IT WORKED! It was gone within a week!! After it was gone, he used it once a week to make sure it stayed gone. The size of the bar was more than enough. And it just smelled mild/clean. It made his skin feel brand new again!

Wow. It actually works. It’s the first product for this sort of problem that’s effective. It lathers up like crazy but a bar of this stuff lasts a full month with daily use—it’s like magic. It has nice, clean smell and is not at all unpleasant. My only issue is the price—$13 per bar is awfully expensive. I suppose that you get what you pay for, though, and a bar lasts a very long time.
