I did purchase & use item. It was fresh and tasty; no problem with expired freshness. Possibly photo is old but product was very good and lower priced than I can get locally. I was very happy item.

How long do you boil this Orzo?

You cook it like spaghetti, tills al dente takes about seven minutes after the boil
