I recently bought the Healrecux Lace Up Ankle Brace (Medium) for basketball and recovery from a mild ankle sprain. It’s a reliable brace that offers great stability without feeling too restrictive. The lace-up design is adjustable, ensuring a snug fit, and the material is breathable, which kept my ankle comfortable during games. It provides excellent support for lateral movements, helping with my plantar fasciitis and preventing further injury. The only downside is that it takes a moment to lace up properly, but once on, it stays secure. For the price, it’s a fantastic choice for athletes or anyone needing ankle support during recovery.

I have a very physical job! I sprained my ankle and just used an ACE bandage wrap to stabilize it for my next work shift because I was taking 2 weeks off the following day. Unfortunately, that was not enough time to heal my ankle! This brace was a godsend! It was a little complicated to put on the 1st time, but after that, it was easy! You definitely need to wear a sock underneath it (long enough to go over the top of the brace - for me, I needed the sock to come up to mid-shin). It's very sturdy, but with a sock underneath, it's pretty comfortable. It fits easily in my work shoes (Skechers work sneakers), kinda like a thick sock. Highly recommend for injury or just added ankle support!

Very comfortable and supportive brace, easy to put on and adjust. Just what my weak ankles needed. Oh, and they fit inside my shoes as well, and you may even forget you are wearing the brace they are that comfortable.

It seems like a good brace. Easy to get on and off, very adjustable, and washable (double bag due to strong velcro ruins other things). However, I was in a walking boot for 2+ weeks (grade 2 ankle sprain or worse), and this was not enough support to transition down to. I need an air cast for 2- 3 weeks before I can try this again. I'm sure I'll use it once I'm ready for that, but this does not provide enough support for walking after a bad sprain. I think it will be good for working on things at the gym as I become ready for more dynamic movements. I'm still tracing ABCs, 1 strength exercise, and balance exercise.
