Centrum Multivitamin Tablet for Women, Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement with Iron, Vitamins D3, B and Antioxidants - 200 Count

First i was not sure, should i buy this or not because i am not a big fan of multivitamins but these are realy good. Thats the second time that i bought me Centrum but this time from amazon because in normal grocery store their are more expensiver. I defently feel the difference by my hair and nails because there grow much stronger. I had stomach aches or digestive problems a tge first few days but I think this is normal because the body has to get used to it first. I just miss a lot of vitamins because I work a lot I forget from time to time to make sure that I have to eat healthy. I definitely feel better with these multivitamin tablets.

I've always prefered centrum women to any other brand of daily vitamin. It's the only one that I can take that doesn't give me a horrible stomach ache. I still take it with food, but I don't have to and there's no terrible aftertaste even taken on it's own. Also, this new tablet is much smaller! It's actually a normal sized pill (slightly fatter than the oblong ibuprofen capsules). Besides being easier to swallow, it also means I can easily take a weeks worth with me to work in the mornings since I usually forget to take it before I walk out the door.

I started taking these multivitamins to help "fill in the gaps" that I wasn't getting from my diet. The vitamins and minerals included are some of the most comprehensive I've seen in a multivitamin, especially at this price point, and I appreciate the additions and increases to Vitamin D3, E, and Biotin. The pills are on the larger end, but I don't personally have any issue swallowing them as they're quite smooth. I take these in the evenings before bed and don't have any issues with nausea or an upset stomach, but if that happens, it's recommended to take these with meals to help prevent that.

Good source to get needed minerals and vitamins.

These tablets are easy to swallow. I noticed my hair and nails got thicker and shinier after taking this product for a little over a month.
