I love this sleeve!!!!! It was recommended to me by a gym friend (who is also a runner) last year when I was having knee pain during marathon training season. She recommended buying two, but I only purchased one at first because I wanted to make sure that it worked for me. Fast forward a year to the next marathon training season and now I am the one recommending this sleeve to fellow runners who are having knee pain. The sleeve is soft, comfortable, and just the right amount of cold without being painful. I love that I can wear it and move around the house rather than having to sit still with an ice pack. I never had any issues with it slipping down, nor was it too compressive around a painful area. The only down side is that I wish it stayed cold a little longer (which is why my friend recommended getting two). Now I have two of these sleeves, so while I'm wearing one, I can have another one ready to go. This is such a great product. I have a foam roller, massage gun, KT tape, and several topical gels and creams and these cold sleeves are still one of the items that I use the most, particularly for joint pain.

Well made. Holding up great with daily use for nearly 2 months so far. Gets REALLY cold. Has a cooling effect even if not kept in the freezer or fridge.

I have only use this to ice my elbow so far, but for that I like it. I like that I just slip it on, and I get so much coverage. I get to ice the entire elbow and not just spots or one side at a time. BUT it's crazy painful cold at first. That might just be me, and it's certainly supposed to be cold, so I'm not giving it less stars for that. And the other more important "BUT" is that it is warmed up by your body by about 15 minutes. They say to ice 15-20 minutes at a time, so it might be just right. But sometimes I would like to go a full 20+, and that's not an option here. Other than that, I think it's way easier than what I was doing before, and so I ordered another one for my knee too.

Good product, not great quality. I have had this product for a couple of weeks and only used it about 6 times. It’s already leaking jel.

I’ve been dealing with a surgically-enhanced knee going on 30 years now. I know icing helps reduce the inflammation and the post-op metal knee braces then herringbone wrap tutorials were gold BUT it’s a PITA. I have a really physical job and I don’t want my knee to impact it so I ice. So awkward and could never get packs to stay in place, even those movable ones, plus sitting with my leg up for half an hour, unable to change awkward positions so the stupid pack wouldn’t slide off? Argh! This sleeve though? GENIUS!! I measured and was surprised I was suggested size large (I’m female & almost standard height, but those old soccer muscles still take up space I guess.) This thing works. It does the Ice & Compression part of RICE so well that I’ve been able to skip the Aleve most nights. The initial 5 minutes until the knee goes numb are pretty rough, but the next 10 minutes of pain-free life are bliss. It doesn’t stay cold much longer than 15 minutes, though that’s all I need to do the job since my original injury is so old & not acute. Perhaps for a newer injury where the rec is 30 minutes, you might do better with two sleeves in succession. For me though, between the compression and the cold gel around the entire knee, the 15 minutes gets the job done (my tendon was harvested for replacement tissue for the acl, so two trauma sites in one knee) and since 15 min is pretty quick, it’s easier to fit it into my busy life. Now if I could just go out-of-body for the ten minutes until my knee goes numb...
