First time using creatine. This stuff is amazing! After one week using one scoop per day, my muscles are very plump. It also gives me a bit of a caffeine buzz, not the energy part but the mood boost

Tried a bunch of protein powders over the years. Got so tired of a health product with artificial sweeteners and dyes. This has no taste and mixes well. 2 years in to lifting again at 59 I am seeing good muscle gains and have lost 20 lbs with diet changes to eliminate added sugars and seed oils. I also use this as meal supplements or replacements when I get hungry. Highly recommended.

It arrives in a regular vehicle (not refrigerated) which is a courier or Amazon problem. That’s no good. But the product is good.
