適当に重くて手になじみ、切れ味も良いですね。 料理が楽しみに成る様な、そんな包丁ですね。

1ヶ月使用した感想です。届いてすぐ使用した時の切れ味は正直イマイチでしたが、砥石で研ぎ直してみるとシャープな切れ味になりました。2週間に一度軽く研磨しています。素材はいいので今は気に入ってます。届いた当初は研磨不足だったようですね。

重さで切るだけて切れない 薄くないからやはり駄目👎 厚さでデリケートなものが切れる前に割れる

とても切れ味がよく、使いやすい包丁でした。またぜひ購入したいと思います。

It is perfect for cutting veggies and other things. It is light so your hand can be very comfortable and it is very sharp. I love it

This is my second Paudin knife (the first was a chef’s knife.). These knives are well made and a terrific bargain. My son has been baking sourdough bread, and we needed a proper bread knife to do justice to his amazing creations. These knives feel substantial, are very sharp, and do the job well.
