This gives you a rich, firmer flavor than a regular bouillon or soup base. Our chicken tastes like chicken because it is chicken. Beef is beef, so it tastes like beef. Concentrated stock, superior to bouillon is fat-free and 1/3 less salt than regular bouillons. Betterzan Bouillon Roast Beef Base is made of roasted beef and concentrated beef stock. Our roast beef base will add the perfect flavor to your meals like beef stroganov and beef stew. Leider nicht in Deutschland zu kaufen. Kenne es aus meiner Zeit in den USA. Lieferung dauert, aber zuverlässig entsprechend der Voraussage. Professionelle Verpackung.

So versatile since I have always just used the box broths ie College Inn, Pacific or Swanson. This jar claims to make 38 cups of broth. Don't really care too much quantity but the quality means more to me. Yes the sodium can be high but as a chef just know how to mix it in with other ingredients and you won't go wrong with this product. Makes your beef braises more flavorful and French onion soup delicious!!!
