This is a replacement faucet in my bathroom. Could not be more pleased with the quality and looks of this faucet. I am a senior so had my plumber install it. He commented on the ease of installation and the quality of the product. I chose shiny chrome which makes it sleek looking. Love the style also. Works smooth and easy to clean. I hope it holds up for a long time if not I will update to let you know. So far I am very satisfied with my purchase. It is well worth the money.

My husband installed this faucet today. The hardest part was getting the old faucet out, but that had nothing to do with the new faucet. This faucet went in easily and works great. Comes with everything you need for installation. The instructions are a little lacking, but there is a video included in the Amazon listing that made everything very clear. I would definitely recommend this faucet! To top it all off, the price was fantastic.

I bought the Brushed Nickel and the Oil Rubbed Bronze for my two bathrooms. For sub-$50 faucets, these are unexpectedly sturdy. The tragically overpriced plumber even commented on the quality. They look great, they work great, and they function as sturdily as they feel. We have experienced the concerns about them holding water, and attempting to wipe the water in the trough just draws more water from behind the mesh screen. The water evaporates quickly enough, and on the Brushed Nickel, any residue is invisible. Not so on the Oil Rubbed Bronze. The more I think about it, the less willing I am to give it 5 stars, so please see separate review for that faucet. You can't lose with the Brushed Nickel, though. Alas, I cannot do a separate review for the Oil Rubbed Bronze, so consider that finish 4 stars. I am not sure how to remove the white residue without damaging the finish - I will be reading up on that. We have talked about applying some kind of lubricant to encourage the water to run off and protect the finish. The main reason for taking away a star for this issue is that it is doubtful that there is a true fix, and we're likely to be dealing with this for the life of the faucet. Other than that, this is still a great faucet.

I am 100 percent satisfied with this high quality faucet. It looks great. It is mega easy to install and they stand behind their product. I have installed many faucets. This is by far, the absolute easiest to install. This is only the second time, I have taken to write a review on anything. All sellers on Amazon should act the way these people do. I needed advice. They answered each and every time the same day. I have no problem buying from them again. The waterfall faucet is great. It's easy to wash your face and water doesn't go all over the place.

Give this four stars because of the connectors. These are manufactured terribly WRT the connectors. On one, I overtightened and it caused leaks at the connector joint. Bought a new one and didn’t overtighten. Then the husband’s started to leak, again at the connection. Removed and replaced and unfortunately, overtightened it again. Have re-ordered. So a word of caution - use teflon tape and DO NOT overtightened. Third time should be the charm.

It took longer to uninstall the old faucet than it did to install this one. I'm not very handy and I easily replaced an old builder-grade chrome three holer with this faucet and the included escutcheon. And it was less than fifty bucks which is nice. Put the o-ring on the faucet bottom, slide on the escutcheon and included pad if necessary, thread the hoses through the sink, add the gasket and bracket to the screw, and screw the nut on using the included wrench. Connect your hoses to the water supply. You're done. I used a stainless steel Sink Shroom since this faucet does not have a control rod for a stopper. Frankly, the Sink Shroom makes so much more sense in a bathroom sink and is easier to clean than traditional stoppers or pop-ups in my opinion. I think most of the people who left one star reviews either need new plumbers or need to uninstall the faucet and tighten the hose connections in the faucet head. Plumbing can be difficult, but with a little effort and common sense you should have a five star faucet in no time at a great price.

I ordered a new faucet for my sink and got one that was used and worn. So everyone should check theirs the moment they get it

Just installed was not too much of a problem very impressed with the quality out of the box. This is a metal faucet is not cheaply made. It has some weight to it and I got it for a very good price.My only issue was the hose will pinch easily if you are cramped for space so if you start out with low water pressure check your hose first. For the money this is a very nice option. Be careful not to scratch it right off the bat.
