Review: Bunny pellet control - Actually life-changing. I'm a single mom, two cats, a free range rabbit, and two preteen boys. Even on days where we swept, mopped, and vacuumed- it felt like you couldn't tell by the next day. Well, not anymore! It was super easy to set up, the app for it holds your hand pretty well too, and we just hooked it up to our Alexa! It is great for the pellets, sucks it up just fine for my Rex mini. I wouldn't let it eat the hay, but hair, dirt, dust, it grabs it all. It's pretty quiet, it's pretty clever on its maneuverability, and it's got a solid vacuum. The mop is a nice bonus. As a first time robot owner, this was a very solid purchase. I feel civilized, fancy, and my house does not scream "oh, you have a rabbit.." anymore.
Review: Garbage - I bought this in May 2025. It is totally dead today. I use it about once a week since I got it. I have never used the mop. It isn’t the battery. It is garbage. I have a Eufy that I have been using for about 4 years and it is still going strong. I use each one for half of the house. I wouldn’t recommend.

Actually life-changing. I'm a single mom, two cats, a free range rabbit, and two preteen boys. Even on days where we swept, mopped, and vacuumed- it felt like you couldn't tell by the next day. Well, not anymore! It was super easy to set up, the app for it holds your hand pretty well too, and we just hooked it up to our Alexa! It is great for the pellets, sucks it up just fine for my Rex mini. I wouldn't let it eat the hay, but hair, dirt, dust, it grabs it all. It's pretty quiet, it's pretty clever on its maneuverability, and it's got a solid vacuum. The mop is a nice bonus. As a first time robot owner, this was a very solid purchase. I feel civilized, fancy, and my house does not scream "oh, you have a rabbit.." anymore.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Garbage

I bought this in May 2025. It is totally dead today. I use it about once a week since I got it. I have never used the mop. It isn’t the battery. It is garbage. I have a Eufy that I have been using for about 4 years and it is still going strong. I use each one for half of the house. I wouldn’t recommend.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Product is good, but support blows

We’ve had this product for over a year now, and so far it’s been good. We just had a problem with the sweepers stopping (just out of warranty, of course). I cleaned them and they still didn’t work. There’s no phone number for troubleshooting support, just an email. No response from them after 3 days. The troubleshooting tips on the Amazon product site weren’t helpful either. It says to release the sweepers according to the product manual - but there was no product manual, and no apparent release buttons. Finally my husband just pulled out the sweepers and I was able to clean them completely (lots of hair & fur). Now it works again! Hope this helps :).
