Does this product help with Lid Swelling from Blepharitis?And does it remove the harder debris along the lash line?

I get blepharitis from time to time. I tried all the stuff out there, didn’t clear it. What works for mine is a fine dusting of organic cornstarch, whenever it is itching. (Eye Dr told me sweat is the primary irritant…so I thought why not?) Applied it just like a face powder, with a soft brush. It never takes more than 10 days to completely clear mine up, tho usually only 4-5 days. Even the scaly skin! (which the mites really love to eat…) Does require diligent application (2x a day plus whenever itchy) but every remedy requires diligence. The relief is definitely worth a try. Hope it helps some, or all, of you as well!

How long does a bottle last if used twice a day?

I use half a Q-Tip with two to three spray's on it. Twice a day and it lasts me over a month. I love this stuff 😍❤️

How do you use this? Is this a cleanser or do you cleanse your lids then spray this on afterwards for a protectant?

This is generally prescribed by doctors. Probably you should not use it unless the doctor tells you to do so. However, you spray this on a small cotton pad (round or square ones such as used for make-up). You rub across the lower eyelid by pulling down the eyelid slightly and rub across the edge just above the eyelashes several times (to remove bacteria). Then you close your eye and rub it across the upper eyelid where it meets the eyelashes several times. You NEVER spray it in your eye. I find that I need to spray the cotton square about 4 times to make it wet enough to be comfortable. Use a different piece of cotton for each eye so as not to contaminate the other eye if you happen to have an infection. I use the cotton squares that come in a bag of 200 from Walgreens. I use one square and cut it in half, spray it in the middle and wrap it around the end of my index finger, then wipe along the eyelashes.

What are the actual ingredients?

Electrolyze water 99.93percent, sodium chloride (NaCl) 0.48percent, hypochlorous acid (HOCl)0.02percent, sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) o.oo2percent.

Had my eyes checked and the ophthalmologist told me I had dry eye syndrome and plugged eye oil glands. I've had one or two styes in 30 years then I started getting styes, one after another (6 in less than 3 months). I used tea tree eyelid wipes recommended by the eye doc - useless. It may have made things worse. I'm a guy and I don't use any make-up products so I'm not sure what has changed with my eyes. Hot compresses for the styes were driving me nuts. Family doctor gave me antibiotic eyedrops which helped once I had a stye but didn't do anything to prevent them. After several weeks of using this product I am surprised at how well my eyes have improved. A few sprays on a tissue, wipe the eyelids well, once in the morning, once in the evening - amazed at how it has helped my eyes. Hard to find in Canada but I will be getting more from Amazon.

I'd seen this kind of thing online and thought it was so silly. Then I developed symptoms of dry eye, and the ophthalmologist suggest this product along with a prescription eye drop. So the OCuSoft HypoChlor Spray is not "silly," and I've had good results from using it. The purpose is to help with dry eye by cleansing eyelids of bacteria, oil, and debris that cause inflammation, irritation, and blockage of meibomian glands. It is a non-toxic, gentle spray designed to improve comfort and treat conditions. It's generally affordable and it lasts for a couple of months, even using it every day.
