Gets rid of workout pain!
I go to the gym, Mondays Wednesdays and Friday's. Used to be sore the next morning. Been taking this for 3 months now and haven't been near as sore as I used to. Great stuff and will continue to use it. No side effects at all as well!

It’s the best relaxing vitamin I have ever had! It feels SO natural like your at peace! I can’t explain it other than IN 10 or 15 minutes, you feel a normal feeling of total peace! I take 1 or 2 a day n a 24 hrs period, with no drowsiness, no highs or lows! I am so sorry I found it this so late in my life! I was 1/2 way thru my 1st bottle & I have ordered another! I want to have on hand always! It’s wonderful IN MY OPINION! That’s all that counts really…for me, BUT I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!
