I will take these Greens for life! My digestive system just works better when I take them. I ran out and went without for 2 weeks. Without them I'm not regular. This is such an affordable fix! Both times I started taking them, there was some discomfort from getting old, hard matter out but, no issues after a few days. Also, while taking them, I feel less sluggish and more mentally alert. (An unexpected benefit!) It's a capsule so there is zero taste.

I’m on my second bottle and have placed them in my subscribe and save order. This has helped so much with my digestion! I may have IBS-C (undiagnosed) and I’m back to being regular (daily). I do watch what I eat, I exercise regularly, and I have seen the scale go down slowly. I think it’s because of the change in my digestion. Great product! I take 3 in the morning and sometimes 1-2 around 4pm if I have a busy night. They do give a boost of energy.
