This product did not meet my expectations. But maybe I don't know how to use it correctly. In general, for jelly, it is quite good, but I made marshmallows and it did not work.

Agar Agar Poudre Super Absolument ravie d'avoir enfin pu trouver ce produit et en plus en "grande quantité. Très utiles notamment pour réaliser les pana cotta.
