I'm giving this a 5 star because it does exactly what it's intended to do. I don't care about it not having "much flavor". To me the berry acai tastes good, it's light and still allows me to enjoy my water without feeling like I'm drinking a sugary drink..it brings good energy levels, low sugar content which is amazing, significant difference in hydration, and increased milk supply. My first concern was "will it work to increase more milk for my child and keep my hydrated?".. that's what matters most to me. It does the job!

It has an acquired taste, but it’s fine. Personally I have a challenge eating or even hydrating however I’m exclusively breastfeeding which makes me super tired all the time! This actually helps to not only hydrate but I attest to having a milk letdown every time I finish a dose of this plus I feel way more energetic and hydrated too I’d say it’s effective but keep in mind that it will work only if you lack/need what it was made to do

Tasted a lot better than I expected. It reminds me of a watered down version of the Starbucks refresher, that you can easily fix by adding less water. The tablets do take a little while to dissolve. Honestly I am so happy I found something that doesn't have fenugreek in it. Took this once a day with "ChocZero Lactation Cookies" and saw a major difference within 24 hours.

So I originally got this product because I had to start supplementing formula with breastfeeding because my baby wasn’t gaining any weight while just breastfeeding. So I wanted something to boost my milk supply, maybe even increase the nutrition of the supply, while also providing me with some nutrition as well. I definitely did see an increase in my supply when I would drink one of these, but only for that day. so if I skipped a day, I wouldn’t see the same increase. I’ve been using this product for about 2 months now and I still have had to supplement formula with breastfeeding, so it hasn’t helped in that regard. I also haven’t really noticed a difference in myself as far as hair, skin, and nails or energy levels. I think it did hydrate me a little bit more. I definitely liked the berry açaí flavor the best. The flavors are mild and are kind of what you’d expect from a fizzy drink tablet. Not bad but not super flavorful like an electrolyte packet. So if you just want to increase your supply, this is a good product for that, in my opinion.

I love this brand so when I saw these I was interested in giving them a try. I don’t have supply issues but I know I don’t drink enough water, so I thought one of these every few days may help me stay hydrated. Well I made on yesterday and was very disappointed. For starters, there was hardly any flavor. It smells like berries but did not taste like berries. Secondly, after drinking this 3/4 hours before bed, I still woke up all night dying of thirst.
