Does this watch come with the original box and tag?

What is the length of the band?

9.25", this includes the actual watch itself to the pin in the buckle. My wrist is about 8" circumference and the band is a little short. I have the buckle on the third hole from the end and that is a little short for me. I wish that the face color was a little off white instead of pure bright white. I guess it is supposed to be that color.
