Is this a 2-pack containing two 5 oz. tubes? Or just one 5 oz.? Product info seems contradictory.

I sell qty 2 of the 5 oz tubes. Not sure about other seller's.

Is this 2 separate packs each with 5 oz tubes? What is the expiry date?

It has been years since I purchased that lubricants. I'm very sorry to say, you don't know the answer to that. 🙁

Can this product be used with a condom
