Know what you are getting and check height
This is not a chair/stool to just sit on - it's designed to be a bit unstable and to be used leaning. If you want a stool to sit and relax on, this is not for you. You can sit on it if your legs are long enough, but that's really not what it's made for. Height should be ok for sitting with feet flat for most people taller than 5'6" (1.67m). Leaning height should be okay for most teens/adults. The base is wide and stable - works well on a desk treadmill to take a break from walking. It's not the most comfortable seat, but that's not what it's supposed to be. Sturdy and the handles make it easy to move around. Overall does exactly what I got it to do. Easy assembly and seems well enough made to hold up for at least several years.

Satisfied customer
I have been using this chair for a week and I am satisfied with the purchase. Assembly was easy, and the materials are good quality. The cushion is particularly comfortable. I bought this stool for active sitting and for leaning while standing, and it is great for these. It has certainly helped with my posture, and I can feel it strengthening my upper core muscles (around the rib cage, and beneath shoulder blades). I experienced some fatigue with this chair the first few days, but adapted to it quickly. This is a good product, though I wish it would go just a little bit lower (I am 5'11", and to sit with my feet flat on the ground I have to lean the stool forward slightly, which the stool does well because of its "wobble"). I think there are opportunities to improve the design, particularly the shape of the seat. In summary I recommend this product.

Great Quality Purchase
This chair might not be for everyone, but I love it! If you're looking for a chair that's going to cradle you and allow your hips and back to fall asleep in quiet, stiffened death, then this is not the chair for you. If you need a chair that is comfortable for your bottom, where on a non-carpeted surface you can easily maneuver the chair to sit or quickly stand, allow legs, hips, pelvis and torso to move fluidly, and that automatically puts you in better posture as there is literally nothing to slouch into, than this is the chair. The only thing I added to the set up is a stool in front of it as there is nothing on the chair for your feet to push your body up onto in certain positions you might find yourself in as you move from sitting to standing to sit-standing. For me, it's exactly what I needed to aid in getting my body back in open, mobile alignment and the perfect ergonomic adjunct to all the other functional movements I have committed myself to. I'm happy.

Well built and solid
Comfortable moveable tiltable. This is made well and solid. Slides under a standard desk if you want to go between chair and stool.

Too high on lowest setting even for tall people
I’m 5’10” and even on the lowest setting my feet don’t touch the ground. I have to sit on the very edge of it with my hip elongated and add a foam roller under my feed so my legs don’t fall asleep. At the highest setting cant even get on it to sit. Would recommend for people 6’2” on up but not comfortable for anyone shorter than that.

Slippery, Not Great
There are two issues I have with this stool... First, the seat material is quite slippery, which makes it difficult to sit on... the post pivots, which means when you sit on it, the seat will tilt forward... this becomes problematic when wearing a slick material in your pants/shorts (e.g., nylon or even dress pants)... it's difficult to stay seated and it doesn't end up taking as much weight off my legs as desired... Second, I really wish there was a foot rest on the support post... I know, I know... it's not really designed for that, but that's what it needs... I end up resting my feet on the cross-beams under my desk... the alternative would be to lower my standing desk, but that rather defeats the purpose of having a standing stool for a standing desk... overall, I would NOT recommend this product... it's going largely unused at the moment...

Good Height for Sit to Stand Desk
Some other reviews were mixed on comfort and the tilt of the seat. But in my opinion, it has to do with what you're looking for. If you're looking for a comfortable perch stool for sit to stand desk...this seat and great! It's designed to require the user to ENGAGE YOUR CORE to maintain balance, making it ideal for someone who plans to mostly stand and when they need a little break on the feet to PERCH on the stool. From a STANDING height for my desk that's about 42 in. I'm 5' 7". I can comfortably adjust the height of this stool to lean back slightly and give my feet a rest. I'm slightly on my toes, and my bottom is fully on the seat (with a slight hop up). From a SITTING height for my desk of about 34 in. I can lower this stool all the way down and sit completely with my feet flat on the ground. Slight lean forward and core engaged. Again this stool is designed to engage your core, so if you're looking for easy comfort and lower back lumbar support...this is NOT the seat for you. Get a traditional stool with full back and foot rest. For me...this works...but it all depends on what you are looking for. I'll update if I feel differently after further use, but for now, out of the box and set up, this stool is exactly what I was looking for. As Wendy from Bluey would say..don't neglect your core girls!! 😉

Cannot Recommend
I will update this review as time goes on. So far, this is a huge improvement over the generic office chair that I have been using. I am 6'2" tall @ 200lbs, my desk is 31" high and my old chairs seat was 22" high. That combination meant that my arms were elevated to use my keyboard and my knees were slightly below 90 degrees when sitting with "proper" posture. Because my arms were elevated, I had to use the arm supports on the chair to prevent my neck and shoulders from cramping, which they still did after a long time in the chair. In addition, my old chairs back support was too far to the rear and at a poor angle and promoted poor posture, with a tendency to lean back into the support instead of sitting vertically with shoulders back. This chair assembles in minutes and looks pretty well made despite its country of manufacture (a negative selling point, in my opinion). At its lowest height setting it is just about the right height for my desk/height combination. My arms and legs are both at slightly greater than 90 degrees when sitting in a comfortable position with proper posture. The chair almost forces you to use proper posture, as slouching is immediately noticeable and you have no back support to lean back against. This is one of the reasons this does not have 5 stars currently, but may be upgraded to 5 in the future; this chair can be exhausting to use all day! Some days I am primarily in our factory with very little sitting and some days I am almost entirely in the office. I currently cannot get through a 10 hour day using only this chair. After about 6 - 7 hours I have to go back to the old chair for the rest of the day because my back muscles are exhausted. I believe this is my own lack of conditioning and not the fault of this chair. If, in time, I am able to get through the day with just this chair (and no negative events otherwise) I will update the review to 5 stars. The only other notable thing to report, which is a minor nuisance, is that the swiveling seat tends to "learn" a new position if you twist in it for too long. I spend a lot of time collaborating with other workers in my office and if I swivel around to talk with them for a few minutes, the chair seat will remain pointed toward them instead of "snapping" back to the forward position. I haven't attempted to see if this is an assembly problem or an unfixable feature of the gas cylinder in the chair. It is easily fixed by simply swiveling back to the forward position and remaining there for a few minutes. It doesn't really affect the function of the chair in my opinion, so I haven't deducted anything for it. Overall I think this is a good option for anyone who feels cramped in a standard office chair, or those with taller desks. Just be prepared to switch back to the old chair if you get tired using this one! I am considering converting to a standing desk, so I will also report on any findings related to that. This chair extends to a height that is plenty tall enough for me to use it standing/leaning. Another plus for those of you who already have standing desks. EDIT: I have removed 3 stars. I still like this chair in concept, but it is just slightly too short for me at 6'2" tall. I have moved to a full standing desk from the one noted above and the height of this works for alternating between leaning and standing fairly well, but there is one big problem. The front edge of the cushion has a plastic support inside of it to help retain the cushions shape. This lip curves upward and ends up digging right into your thigh/buttock if you lean there for more than a few minutes. It is certainly a motivator to stand up again, but it is not healthy or ergonomic! Finally, while I was leaning against it today I heard a loud pop and nearly fell backward off of the chair. The screws holding the tilt device halves together pulled out of the plastic, leaving no resistance on the base of the unit. I took it apart and added longer screws to be able to use it for a bit longer, but this chair is destined for the dumpster. This was a good learning experience, however. The next chair will be ergonomic, certainly more expensive and more Made in America...

Wow!!! Montage en 3 secondes et demie! Super stable!
Wow. Vous mettez le poteau dans la base et le siège sur le poteau et voilà! Vraiment stable, je suis impressionnée. Ça fait que 2 heures que je l'utilise et je capote!

Disappointed
It's a very uncomfortable chair - no matter how much I adjust the height of my desk! It tilts forward so you slide off. I would rather be in control of whether I tilt and to what degree.

Excelente calidad, bastante cómodo
Los materiales de sienten de muy buena calidad pero debes tener en cuenta que no es una silla. Para estar trabajando un rato es bastante cómodo.

Not ideal, but works!
Great wobble movement and ease of use as well as putting it together. Not as comfortable as I was anticipating it to be. Perhaps, once I use it a little more I will find the sweet spot for leaning or sitting on it. Solid product.
