Immediately after they were inserted into my shoes I felt a complete shift and difference in my stability as well as my back, foot, and leg pain. I will never wear shoes without these insoles again and I liked them so much that I bought a 2nd pair! The only thing that I don't like about these insoles is that you can "hear" me walking because they cause me to "squeak" as I walk. Quite honestly I don't know how much of this can be traced back to the insoles OR if it is more of a "shoe" thing. I say this because I when I bought the 2nd pair for a new set of shoes, the 2nd set of shoes with the insoles in them barely squeak at all. It could have also been because I wore the 1st pair completely out so maybe that's them barking back at me saying "AGONY! AGONY!" Either way, you can't go wrong with these! What does that mean?** A: I’m not sure of the difference. The blue ones were recommended to me by my physical therapist to aide in my recovery (which wasn’t going as speedy as I had hoped) after planter fasciitis surgery.
