Easy to use with the attachable strap. Pad and strap are very light weight, has different setting for time and light strength. Is good for all uses, originally bought it to use on my dog for her back injury but I use it as well for sore muscles and low back pain . Easy to clean

I have had knee pain for years. I have had surgeries from years of football and a physically demanding career. Dr.'s recommend a knee replacement but I am too young and would have to retire.
