I wish I had taken them sooner
Since I started taking this, my joint pains has gone. This is best paired with Magnesium Glycinate. I take these two while I'm on carnivore diet. It helps me big time.

This is a great product for those wanting to take D3 K2. The pill size is average size and easy to take. My vitamin d levels have gone up when taking this brand. I'm very happy with this product.
