This VR glasses supports 4.7-6 inch iPhone and Android phones,So it can be compatible with an iPod 7,and you need an iPhone headset adapter(Image clarity is related to phone and video clarity).
Use explanation: 1.Mobile Phone Download VR app(Recommended: Youtube /Veer/Fulldrive).2.You can search the VR application for the video you want to watch for playback. Or you can use the VR app to play your downloaded videos (screen is divided into left and right two video formats).3.Remove the lens film of VR glasses.Put the phone in the VR glasses and place it in the center as much as possible.adjust the headband to the comfortable size. VR glasses top button adjustable pupil and focus distance for optimal 3D viewing (This remote controller does not come with a battery due to transportation reasons.and needs to be equipped by the buyer.Some software and games do not support the Bluetooth handle function.This is the reason of the software and has nothing to do with the product.Remote control is only available for IOS 11.2.5 or earlier due to the sealed IOS system.)
