米国で食べていて気に入っていたので、注文しました。砂糖が含まれていなくて、ライ麦パン、全粒粉パン等にぬって食べています。シンプルで私の大好物です。２回目の注文でしたが前回も届くまで10日前後かかりました。今回も同様だと思ったので、余裕を持って使いきる前に注文しました。

This tastes okay, it isn’t as delicious as Fix & Fogg but this is probably healthier.

Not overly oily, but definitely need to mix it well before scooping any out, or the stuff at the bottom of the container will be hard and dry. Very smooth consistency. Amazing taste.
