I really like the comfort and quality of these briefs but the sizes are confusing. I usually wear a large in Depends and these in large can barely pull over my bottom. So I ordered X-large and the first pair I put on felt great, then the next few were similar in fit to the large (not good). Then the next pair was comfortable and fit well again. All in the same package. It seems to be a quality control issue. I am debating whether to order the XX-large.

Works wonderfully! These are very comfortable, and are able to withstand one of my full bladder releases. I have a neurogenic bladder and anxiety related OAB. When my bladder is full, sometimes it’ll just empty and it makes me feel horrible because most of the diapers I’ve tried will leak - even a little when it comes to that much liquid all at once. I feel so much more confident wearing these, it’s given me a sense of freedom that I didn’t have before. I don’t have to obsessively look for bathrooms, I don’t have to obsess over the anxious thoughts of “what am I going to do?” if I peed my pants, or couldn’t find a bathroom in time. If you see the inside liner, that keeps liquid on the padded area so it can be absorbed. I haven’t leaked yet wearing these. These make me feel confident when I’m driving and there’s no rest stops. Instead of getting nervous and wondering if I can hold it to the next rest stop, I’m confident that even if I can’t hold it, these will be able to. They don’t have a smell to them and the urine smell generally isn’t an issue if changed soon after voiding. I’m going to be getting a size down next order, as these were a bit too large on me, and the back - even when dry sags a bit.

I really like these but they don't hold enough during the night for me, I usually have to add a pad to make it through the night. These are very comfortable though.

It's not east to talk about. After a surgical error I ended up with IBS-C. As most know, this also comes along with IBS-D. You can't go for 8-10 days, which is miserable. So you do whatever you can to finally go. It is a terrible cycle. Unfortunately for me, at night when every part of the body is totally relaxed, is when the IBS-D part usually hits. I can't even tell you how awful, mortifying, embarrassing and disgusting it is...and how it mentally starts to affects you. Most incontinence products are directed toward urinary incontinence. I needed like super-duper nighttime protection. I found these. Read reviews. I do have sensitive skin so even at my age I thought what the heck. Maybe TMI but TWICE now this has literally saved embarrassing clean-up of linens, etc. Not that it's "pleasant" but when you only have to clean yourself, it's a Godsend. When I'm "suspecting" it could happen, I sleep on a towel too, ya know, as back-up...but didn't need it. Fit guide was perfect. Seriously these are SO comfortable, stretchy and soft, thickness is great, elastic is secure but doesn't dig imto you. Honestly, you barely know they're on. I don't wear them during the day so I don't know how they are under clothing, but they are meant for overnight protection. They feel so secure but not tight. I will continue to buy as one little surgical oops changed my life and these WORK. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Sorry for any TMI.
