The tablet has high content of B12 vitamin around 5000mcg and I don’t drink it on a daily basis. The tablet smells delicious and it’s easy to melt in the mouth and swallow.

蓋の開け方がわかりにくい

At first, I had a problem with the delivery it took a long time to the point of going to cancel it but thank God it's delivered. The taste is really good no need to drink water. B-12 is the best relieve my health condition. I will continue to order this product but hopefully next time will deliver on time.

I am 67 and I only take Bayer Aspirin once a week and Walgreens Antiacids once a week. My doctor said that I was the best patient she has, because everyone else takes at least 10 pills a couple times a day. I value my health and I watch what goes into my body. Make up your own mind concerning this vitamin, but I'm sold on them
