I have tried a lot of different electrolyte powders and many of them leave me disappointed. There are artificial ingredients there's too much sodium there's alternative sweeteners etc. some of the different electrolyte powders I've tried have contained ingredients that don't really support my needs for an electrolyte mix. And I have tried a variety of flavors from this company and I enjoy most of them but the watermelon is ultimately my favorite. An electrolyte powder isn't something that the average person needs to use every day multiple times a day but rather, something you should use maybe once a day but it's important to get plenty of water. I am not an athlete but I am a year on bike commuter and I also am physically active working and I sweat a lot so for me, starting out my day with a nice electrolyte mix like this dissolves easily in my water bottle it doesn't leave any kind of gritty texture but it has a nice smell to it from the flavor of the watermelon. The flavor is very nice and light and I like that it just blend so gently into my water leaving a nice subtle flavor and you can use as much as you want or as little as you want. I have a 64 Oz water bottle and I put in one heaping scoop and that just gives me enough electrolytes without overdoing it and it keeps my body hydrated and feeling alive. This electrolyte mix is one of the most flavorful and clean tasting electrolyte mixes I have ever used. Ultima replenisher daily electrolyte powder drink mix is my go-to standard to keep me hydrated and feeling on top of my day. Price may seem like a lot for the size of the tub but believe me there's a lot of servings in there and again, you don't have to use a full scoop, you can use as much or as little as you like. The way I use it, I can make this tub last 90 days easily but if you're a hardcore athlete and you need to keep yourself rehydrated, you'll use it up a little more quickly based on your needs but everyone is different. Ideally, you want to get your electrolytes naturally through the foods you eat and whatnot but, there's times when I sweat a lot and I don't always eat healthy and that's where Ultima replenisher steps in and keeps me hydrated with a light clean taste.

I started drinking this when I was doing IVF and haven’t stopped. Love the flavor, natural ingredients& standard electrolyte amounts, mixes well, no sugar, and the jar is a great value. I was using the sticks and liked it so much, I bought this size. Love that the food coloring is all natural- but what would be even better, imo, is for there to be no color.. easy to use, I use about half a scoop with some ice and water in my 30 oz Stanley bc I don’t want such an intense flavor..

We love this stuff great flavor. Good for helping me drink more water. No fake sugar aftertaste. Probably drink about 5 L of this a week.
