Ingredients are according to the back are water, cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, (distilled vinegar, water, mustard seed, salt, white wine, citric acid, turmeric, tartaric acid, spices), maltodextrin, salt, mustard seed, cellulose gel, honey, mustard flour, dried onion, lemon juice concentrate, xanthan gum, dried garlic, natural flavors, sucralose, potassium sorbate and calcium disodium EDTA (to preserve freshness). Adds a dietary insignificant amount of sugar. This directly from the ingredients . hope this helps you. It is really good on sandwiches as a spread as well. Have ordered it multiple times and will continue to do so. Love it!

Does Buttermilk Ranch have soy in it?

No soy... fat free. I love this poppy seed dressing.

Why does it take 1-2 months to get it?

I don’t know, but I sure wouldn’t buy the Ranch. It’s horrible tasting. I think Walmart carries the brand.
