Too tight! I measured my arm according to the size chart and the brace goes on and is snug as it should be for compression but after about 5 minutes of wear it cuts the circulation off in my arm. I purchased to wear at work but after trying it twice and having my forearm and hand swell due to lack of circulation it now resides on the shelf in the closet. Great concept and well made with quality material and it did provide good relief until the pain from zero blood flow started. Not sure which was worse…that or the actual tennis elbow pain. I give it 3 stars only as it was money down the drain. I don’t feel as if I can return it due to having worn it twice in trial but my closet shelf feels immense relief and is pain free! If you order be sure to size up one from what their size chart is and you should be golden. UPDATE: The company reached out to me on their own and replaced the too small brace for a larger size. Their customer service and commitment to backing their product was exceptional. I have not received the new brace yet but anticipate that it will be a better fit. Because of the company’s proactive stance to be sure their customer (me) was satisfied I am changing my rating from 3 stars to 5. Customer service and satisfaction seems to be a thing of the past but this company knocked it out of the park. Kudos!

This elbow brace is exactly what I needed. I'm dealing with tennis elbow and the gel pad puts just enough pressure on it to get it to calm down. There's an included strap to use to put even more pressure on the gel pad, and I used it the first couple of days until my pain calmed down. Now I'm just wearing the sleeve alone, and it's comfortable enough to wear all day. Easy to put on, seems true to the sizing. Just measure your arm first. You don't want it loose, but you don't want it so tight it's cutting off circulation on your upper arm either. Well made, no fraying or stray strings. Well worth the cost. My pain is gone!

Useful for tendonitis. I previously had one of the strap devices with an air pouch for tendonitis, but found it uncomfortable and hard to position properly. When I had another flare-up this winter along with some other elbow pain, I decided to look for something else. This seemed the perfect option to deal with both issues. I measured per their instructions and ordered a medium brace. When it arrived it was so tight that within 5 minutes I started feeling numbness in my hand/lower arm. I went back to Amazon and looked again, then decided to reorder this one in Large. When it finally arrived it seemed a perfect fit so I returned the medium one. The support was perfect for my problem and it helped with both the elbow pain and the tendonitis. Because the pain was round the clock, keeping me awake at night, I was wearing the brace pretty much round the clock. I noticed that after about 10 days the lower edge of the brace around the lower arm was starting to stretch out. I'd have expected stretching and wear on the upper arm where you pull it on and reposition it, but not the narrowest part of the arm that the device touches. It isn't stretched out enough to make it unwearable under long sleeve clothing, but I'm not sure I'd want to wear it with short sleeves if this crops back up later in the year. It does still help with the pain when it flares despite the stretching. Luckily it did its job and I've been able to stop wearing it for several days now. I never needed the extra strap, so I can't attest to the Velcro quality or usefulness. I didn't need it, but also didn't like the black band on the flesh colored device. I was able to machine wash it in a mesh laundry/delicates bag with cool water and normal cycle, then hang up to dry. The stretching "condenses" back after washing, but quickly stretches back out. Overall it helped me with my pain, but I expected it to last longer. When I purchased it was $14.99 and a $5 off coupon. Definitely worth what I paid. It's now $19.99 and $5 off, and at that price I'd have to think about it before purchasing a replacement that I know won't last as long as I think it should.

After being told I have “Golfer’s elbow” and I am not a golfer; I tried a few different bands; but they didn’t work well or stay in place. I recently bought the Elite Elbow Brace Support and found it helping after one day. It stays in place most of the time, needing adustment maybe once or twice a day. After reading reviews (before I purchased) I ordered the size smaller than the sizning chart recommended for additional comression and support. Glad I did, it’s working great for me. Who knows, maybe I might even try golf, since I seem to have the elbow for it!

I'm abit disappointed with this brace since it's supposed to be created by doctors for those suffering with elbow ailments. I measured my arm as mentioned before ordering & found that after about an hour of wearing it, I needed to remove it as it was making the area throb & uncomfortable. It was sliding where IT wanted to be, not where I needed it. I did order another brand at the same time so I could compare them for awhile & this brace I'm planning on sending back

I have used several braces for tennis elbow over the years. I felt something should be available which would do a better job. This one is it. Finally a system which I use with strap when needed and without for general support. Just the slip on sleeve is great! But, extra support is needed at times and the wrap gives this.

Fits good

I got the nude color and do wear it without the strap when I'm in the office. The brace has a pad that presses the tendon area and still offers relief. The upper has trim that makes the edge a bit tight at the bicep for me, but it's not bad. When needed the strap offers extra support.

Good Product easy to use

As it gets older, he gets more loose maybe should’ve got a smaller size

Excellent product. Would give it 5 stars if it had cushions on both sides.
