Oilogic Slumber & Sleep Essential Oil Roll-on

We LOVE the Oilogic Slumber & Sleep Roll-On Oil!!! It’s a staple in our bedtime routine! I’m convinced it has worked wonders with helping our little one relax at bedtime and sleep better (and also have had some longer stretches of sleep, which in my mom book is a total WIN!) I also like to use the roll-on for nap time. I wish they sold this in a larger size roll-on (if those even exist?) or maybe even a double pack. The scent is amazing! It’s so calming and if I can smell it & be relaxed, then I know my little one can too! Highly recommend!

I have been using this for myself for several months now. I needed a better nighttime routine for myself to help my mind unwind at bedtime, and this has been a helpful addition to the routine. After using it for a few days straight, my mind started associating the lavender and camomile smell with bedtime and it definitely helps to calm me down. So this product is not just for kids!

okay so i got the lotion and this roller but the lotion keeps getting delayed so i’ve been only using this roller and idk if it’s one of those ‘i believe it works so it works’ kind of thing but im not even kidding i think this really works. my baby was definitely going through a 6mo regression for 2 weeks FORSURE and i was lowkey pretty desperate for somethingggg. this price is pretty great so i was like why not and let me get the lotion too. but again, only been using this roller and i didn’t put all my hope in it! butttt, the first night i used it, i rolled on her foot and massaged them in, behind her neck and on her chest. it smells soooo good, i even use some on myself now every night lol. anyways, she slept so good. she was waking up from 3-5/6 and first night using this she didn’t wake til 5am. which is a win for me! it’s only to soothe not feed so i’m rocking her back to sleep. the second night i used this- no lie, she did 7pm-7am with a 10pm dream feed. this felt incredible, because i finally had my first solid night of sleep in the past 2 weeks. so YES it works for me! i don’t expect this thing to work every night or miracles every time but it definitely works for us and something im going to keep using. i’m excited to try the lotion too, whenever it gets here lol. but it’s 8 bucks, what u got to lose when ur sleep deprived, just try it!
