These massage balls are small but mighty. They’re firm enough to really dig into muscle knots without being too painful, and they’re great for working out tension in your neck, back, feet, or wherever you need relief. Super easy to use—just lean into the ball and let your body weight do the work. They’re made of solid rubber, so they’re durable and easy to clean, and the compact size makes them perfect to toss in a bag for on-the-go use. Great for anyone dealing with soreness or stress, and totally beginner-friendly too.

Awesome product. This product was recommended by my physical therapist. I have sciatica with low back pain on the right side through my buttock and down my leg. After 8 sessions I showed improvement and much less pain but still had tightness in my right glute she used this ball to massage the area instead of the tennis ball and it really worked the areas and was easy for me to use. I have one at home and the other in my purse just in case I'm driving it at work.

These exercise balls are great. I had foot surgery and also have plantar fasciitis. I use them to roll under my foot. They loosen the fibers in my foot and are soothing.

Be careful using this on your back if you have chronic back pain. It's good for massaging the feet as it has enough firmness and is the perfect size. My issue with it is that it picks up dirt and hair very easily, and so it is annoying to clean.

I bought these balls for foot massage ordered by my physical therapist. I have no idea if they are actually good for lacrosse. For foot massage they work very well. They help relieve Plantar Fasciitis pain. They are solid, heavy [for their size] balls. They seem like they will last a long time for this use. I do like them.
