Get this if you have low blood pressure, if you intermittent fast, or if you are on a GLP1. I take 1 tsp of this pretty much every morning. I chase it with a few swigs of water rather than having to drink a whole glass of salt water. Ugh. I’d much rather down a little of this and then fresh water. Much easier. Anyway, I tend to have lower blood pressure. Sometimes I don’t eat breakfast. I am on a GLP1. This seems to help all three things. I am on at least my third bottle of this. The ingredients are minimal, but high quality. I am not going to say the taste is great. It is not. It tastes like salt and minerals. However, if you can stomach the taste for two seconds, it will be something you’ll almost crave. You’ll feel instant hydration. It has helped me not to feel weak in the mornings when I don’t eat breakfast. Best of all, it helped me with nausea shortly after starting my GLP1. I saw once that this product was recommended by someone a bit famous in the fasting space, so that is why I chose this one instead of others. I like that this is not sweet tasting and has no artificial sweeteners. It won’t spike your insulin, so won’t lead to that shaky feeling if you don’t eat until later, thus helping you to fast longer if that is your thing. I will continue to purchase this product and don’t ever see myself being without it.

Good electrolytes at a fair price.

I like that this has no flavor and you can add it on to any drink to get minerals in the body. Easy to use with the dropper that comes with it.

Great for balancing electrolytes. Essential for carnivore, keto diets. Even the flavor is good. Could use a better type of dispenser.

A must for the carnivore diet. I bought the small bottle with eye dropper and the largest size bottle to keep it full. I kept the small bottle in my work truck and always forgot to take it out come the weekend. No big deal I thought. I had an extra long weekend and not adding the drops to my water gave me a rear and thankfully temporary condition called Keto Rash. This makes your body itch like crazy in random places. I thought for sure I had bed bugs and was ready to walk through fire to stop the itching. It was beyond intense and lasted a couple of days. The reasons for it comes from not eating enough fat and getting enough electrolytes. I know for sure I'm getting enough fat, so it was the lack of my SALTT drops at a crucial time. Being on my 3rd week at the time of the carnivore diet your gut microbiome is going through a major change in going from sugar and such to protein and fat. The combination of that and not getting my electrolytes caused the rash. A month before beginning the carnivore diet, I did a 10 day water only fast and didn't have any issues without electrolytes (I didn't know back then). The difference from that and carnivore is that gut microbiome transition, so fasting wouldn't cause it. Electrolytes are needed much more when all you're feeding your body with is meat and fish. I now have the smaller eye dropper bottle in my work truck and at home. One bit of advice is you can actually do damage to your organs by taking too much electrolytes. Putting half a syringe in each coup of water at home, or bottled water at work is spread out enough, but try not to exceed the recommended dose of a teaspoon per day. Also, for the record, one month into carnivore and I feel awesome! Losing weight every day even though I eat at least a nice fatty ribeye once a night.

Love the product, SALTT is probably my favorite out of MANY electrolytes I've tried! The packaging could be better - my dropper doesn't work very well so I've just been eyeballing portions. Even still, I will probably continue to stick with the drops over the powder!

The taste can be a bit much if you're not used to salt/mineral supplements. I suggest a stronger tasting beverage to put them in or something that would blend well with the flavour. Definitely help manage my POTS and thankfully affordable!

I love the product but the seller needs to work on its packaging as 2 of my 3 bottles came has broken bottle caps. Would they be open to add more protection for the bottles
