Yakami Orchard 100 % Pure Japanese Yuzu Juice, 12 Ounce (Pack of 2)

This brand is my second favorite, "go to" Yuzu juice. It is very good for marinating vegetables and especially peppers. You get more Yuzu for the money with this brand. BUT, you need to note that this is a "second press" Yuzu. I use this for marinating peppers, a six month process for making my hot sauce. It is fine for this application. If you want to use as part of your marinade for cucumbers or radishes and then immediately serve, you are better off with "first press". I like the product.

both bottle caps are poorly sealed. Doesn’t taste like Yuzu juice as it’s appears to be too diluted with water

It’s a really good yuzu juice! Nor from concentrate but still tasty!! Totally recommend it.

I couldn’t find this locally, so was pleased to have it delivered. If you like Yuzu juice, this is a great one. 100% Yuzu juice gives a nice punch to cocktails and mock tails, and a little goes a long way.

BUYER BEWARE This is "second press" NOT Yuzu juice. It's an inferior product with a very faint taste of fruit and no acidity to speak of. I feel as though I was duped as on the product page, the "second press" is in no way obvious and would have warned me of the incoming disappointment.

You will find that you use this more than you now expect.

You don't need to use much at all. As a substitute for lime or lemon, it's delightfully different and has pushed my late afternoon gin and tonic to new heights. I look forward to my end of work way drink. Sooooo good!
