Sport Men's Analog-Digital Chronograph Resin Strap Watch

Tried a couple of inexpensive watches - it's sometimes hard to evaluate the features of a watch without having it on your wrist. This one has a large face, easy-to-see hands that glow in the dark and a sweep second hand. Day, date, day of week, and digital time with seconds are always visible with no buttons needing to be pressed to bring up those displays. Timekeeping is reasonable - it has lost only about 20 seconds a month since I bought it. Not too hard to set, though I will probably need to look at the instructions when I need to do it again. Nice-looking display overall and great value for the price. Definitely would recommend, if you like this type of watch.

This Armitron Pro Sport is an absolutely beautiful watch and it’s very easy to use, it’s of very good quality, great value for price and it’s very good durability and reliable water resistant and guaranteed to last a long time if the user takes good care of it. It is a big watch but it fits me perfectly. I highly recommend getting this watch.

As a fitness trainer, I am hesitant to purchase watches online because I am looking for particular features that are honestly very difficult to find in one watch. I want a watch that is functional, durable, versatile, and stylish--in that order. It needs to do what a watch should do: readily tell me the time. This armitron does this, with the benefit of a second hand included on the analog (a feature left out on a recent casio purchase), and the digital display of the current time still visible while using the stopwatch/timer functions (a thoughtful feature if the analog stops working, as it has on my other armitrons). In my training capacity, I frequently use the stopwatch and timer features, which vary widely between makes and models. Armitron has tended to do best in my book in creating a timer feature which makes the most sense: A timer able to be set from 1sec-24hr, which beeps and auto-repeats the prior time setting upon completion. This Armitron ALMOST satisfied this standard, as it allows for the time range and auto-repeats, but only after a total of three button hits to open, confirm, and set the prior time (all the same button). (A point gained for functionality, but lost for convenience.) The beep alarm goes off only at the timer's end (other Armitron models have had a halfway beep or even a 10-sec beep countdown, which I find more useful in my field), and it goes off for about a full minute. One other piece of the stopwatch/timer features which I find slightly irritating: The mode resets to your "home sceen" time display after about twenty seconds when the timers are not actively running. I will often be between exercise rounds, and look down or hit the "start" button on my timer...only to find it wont start because it's reset away from that mode. A minor issue, however. A benefit of this model is it forgoes the usual nonsense of offering an alternate time setting (or in the Casio world-time's case, a scroll through ALL of the world's time zones in order to set your watche's time). This follows the KISS principle, you set your watches time--once for analog, once for digital. For setting the analog, this model keeps r the toggle with a button, and it's fairly intuitive (and less appealing for my child to sabotague). As it's still new, I havent tested much in durability. It does fine in the shower. I often look for the silicon bands as they are comfortable and last longer, and this one is instead the usual resin plastic. Time will tell how long it lasts. (I am resisting the smart watch trend to avoid the added distraction and of having to worry about the battery life of my watch.) I like the look of the ana/digi layout on this, and have received compliments on the way it looks. It seems ana/digi is becoming more rare lately, which is unfortunate! I like being able to be on my stopwatch/timer modes during a session, and still be able to know the time (ie. when the session ends). As I mentioned before, this model also keeps the second hand and the backlight features, both of which I find extremely helpful in my work. The glow-in-the-dark analog hands can sometimes block view of the digital readout (say, around 6:30), but this is not a deal-breaker for me. Other models have featured hollow hands, which would have been nice on this one. Probably the thing on this Armitron with which I am most impressed is the designers have finally found a funtional purpose for the dancing lights in the free space of the digital display. In every other digital watch I've owned, these have seemed tacky and meaningless. Here, they are used to measure the second hand progress, and on the timer festure, are used as a status bar. Overall, I am a fan of this watch. If the timer were more functional, it would be at least 4.5 stars.

I needed an inexpensive watch for work and everyday wear. This watch is pretty accurate, has been somewhat abused, and hasn't broken. I will probably replace it in the future with another one just like it. Good, inexpensive purchase.

Very cool. Red is not my go-to color, but at $13 it’s quite a value, and at Christmas time why not? All the important info on an easy to read face. Dual zone, lighted displays, and glows for easy reading at night. The watch is BIG, but I like that. I’ve had a lot of expensive watches, but this is a workhorse for few bucks.

I like the wonderful colourful appearance and the great quality. I have never had an Armitron watch before - excellent quality for the money. It is actually more striking in appearance in person than it is on screen. Mine does not have 5 alarms as advertised though but I would never use that function anyways. It has a chronograph, countdown timer and an hourly chime. It keeps fantastic time and the time on the hands stays in sync with the digital time much better than many sport watches that you would buy on-line. I have bought 2 more Armitron watches since this one and cannot imagine buying any other brand now.

Comento lo mismo que el otro que compre, muy bonito y completo. Sumergible muy buenos acabados y da la impresión de ser más caro que lo que vale pues lo cogí de oferta por el 15€!!!. No se le puede pedir más!!
