Went through a 6 month period of feeling sluggish, tired, achy, fatigued, low-energy, etc. Had 2 urgent care visits, several doctor appointments, heart checkups, and 2 emergency room visits, and nothing. Until the last ER visit, when I was given fluids and a potassium drink, as the blood tests had showed I had low potassium levels. Over the next few weeks, I began to do some research, having not known the importance of electrolytes, especially potassium. I eventually found a liquid IV drink and began using that for a couple months, and then found Dr. Berg's powder and have been drinking it once a day with my dinner. I wouldn't want to go without it ever again. Just simply increasing my potassium has made me feel a world of difference, with the fatigue and low-energy gone; also a tingling I was experiencing in my hands and feet has disappeared. The cons to this powder is that it doesn't dissolve the greatest and you do have to shake it up a few times as you drink it, and it is rather pricey, but I'm willing to pay it after what I went through.

We have RO water so we need to supplement with electrolytes. We’ve used this for about 4 years now and really like it. I highly recommend.

Taste is good and price also

I don't have a problem with it. It's good but not high on the flavor

Tastes great, add it to my water every day for hydration.
