Have had many Facial steamers before but this is by far the best. It produces a lot more direct steam than my others and is much hotter. It doesn't have the plastic smell when it heats up like the others and the quality of the water container is a lot thicker than my previous ones. It goes for awhile giving me plenty of time for relaxation. I was able to pack it in my suitcase and it survived the long drive with no issues! I would really recommend it if you want to get rid of sebaceous filaments. The steam from this device really helps when using my Facial scraper and gets a lot more out than anything else I've tried!

Which a disappointment. Barely any steam comes out. It works fine as a towel warmer, but the water level is too low for it to output any meaningful amount of steam. It says to keep your face 12” away from the nozzle but if you do that, there won’t be any steam on your face since this is so weak. I’d return it, but I threw out the box. Silly of me to do that before using the product.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Great purchase! It is versatile so you can you use it for a few different things! I didn't use the towel setting but it's definitely a great addition! It has different heat settings to adjust comfort. I also added some oil like this (https://amzn.to/48pptfR) to the canister and it was a amazing experience! It helps to clear sinuses, face, eyes, just your overall facial being. I use it about 1 time a week. It lasted long enough to not be disappointed and the way it is set up, cleaning is easy. I highly recommend!

I bought this for my skincare routine. I really like it. It can also heat up towels as well as be used as a Humidifier. My only complaint is that you do have to wait about 10 minuets before it puts the steam out. Other than that im super happy with it!

I really liked that this device was both a facial steamer and humidifier but both functions of this device DOES NOT WORK! The facial steamer does not blow out steam the way it’s pictured. Once powered completely on, and water added, steam barely comes out!

I ended up returning this because it was MUCH larger than I realized. I could have measured the dimensions of course, but given the images, I was thinking it'd be much smaller. I imagine it works great- but a word of warning, if like me, you want to be conscientious of space in your home.

Bought for my daughter as she had a different one before bought at a department store that broke after only a couple weeks. This one is very sturdy and comes with different steam options. I must stay though that it was much larger than I thought it was going to be however I believe that makes it more sturdier. My daughter loves it! And the pimple popping tools are a wonderful bonus!

I didn’t like the steamer..its not giving steam properly. I have tried two times and the steamer is not what i expected. You have to bring steamer close to your face and still doesn’t feel any. Wouldn’t recommend.

Works as it should great facial steamer so refreshing, works well as humidifier and the hot towel option is wonderful.

First, it takes forever to generate steam, we're talking at least 5 minutes after turning it on. Also you need to put your face directly above the unit, as most of the steam rises directly up. The slightest tilt on the product, and the steam will stop flowing. It also leaks water so be careful when moving it. Not recommended.

This is a poor quality item. It lacks pressure when it emits steam. I plan on returning it. Thank you
