Great product for the price. I use it for 15 minutes before bed to relax. I haven’t experienced pain with this but if you do just lower the intensity.

I ordered a second one only to have it shock me the same as the first one. When you turn the unit up to 15 you get a slight shock to your neck.

Ordered this to relieve tension in my neck and it didn't even last 30 Days and was indy used a few times.

I have read the instructions and I can't get this thing to work. If somebody will teach me how to use it, I will be happy to change my review.

I do not recommend this product. It does not work. Junk.
