Easy to swallow pills

Meine Frau und ich nehmen dieses Biotinpräparat gemeinsam ein. Die Einnahme ist einfach und gut verträglich. Wir haben beide das Gefühl, dass es dem Haar und Nägeln gut tut, aber bei solchen Produkten braucht man natürlich etwas längere Zeit, um ein endgültiges Ergebnis zu sehen. Die Kombination aus Biotin, Zink und Selen wirkt sinnvoll und die Dosierung ist hoch, aber nicht übertrieben. Bis jetzt sind wir zufrieden – für ein klares Fazit muss man das Produkt aber länger verwenden. Fazit: Guter erster Eindruck, angenehme Einnahme. Für sichtbare Ergebnisse ist etwas Geduld erforderlich.

Love these. I have more energy, better mood, wake up faster and my hair doesn't shed as much or break. I take 2 every morning, but I dont suggest to do that at first. Start off with lower dose and work your way up. Definitely worth it.
