HORMEL COMPLEATS Rice & Chicken Microwave Tray, 7.5 Ounces (Pack of 7)

I love these meals comes alittle bland so I don't microwave I sawtay on stove.What I did is I put little olive oil in a non stick pan I let olive oil heat for 2 mins. Than I put fried rice in pan with olive oil than I added diced Onions and one can of sweet peas and I seasoned with garlic power and dash seasoning and onion salt and let it sawtay for about 7 minutes. Tasted like chinese restaurant fried rice. I buy these for my pantry for hard times. Taste great using my method can eat with some fried shrimp 🍤 . Fast fried rice

Like all these for a quick, tasty meal. They are well worth the cost. I am trying all of these and Amazon makes them all a cost effective quick meal. Recommend you try what ever one.

The product is very tasty. The chicken and rice are a good combination. The only drawback is during the cooking prcess the container flips upside while heating, which makes a mess in the microwave. I have put a weight across the container to stop the flip.

Okay, so I'm not exactly a picky eater. I understand that frozen/shelf stable meals aren't meant to be 5 star cuisine. That's and I think I just might have found my LEAST FAVORITE Hormel Compleat meal. I will still eat these as I can't stand throwing food away. But, not your best Hormel. Hardly ANY chicken, soupy texture and kind of expensive for what you get. Also kind of a weird after taste. I don't think I'll be getting these again.
