One-third of the order arrived damaged but the entire order was sold way past the expiry date. Terrible!

Love this beef base, it adds a depth and richness soups and stews. This brand also has chicken and vegetable bases and all have a superior flavor in comparison to traditional box or cans of broth or granules/powdered bouillons. I keep all of these on hand.

Leider nicht in Deutschland zu kaufen. Kenne es aus meiner Zeit in den USA. Lieferung dauert, aber zuverlässig entsprechend der Voraussage. Professionelle Verpackung.

So versatile since I have always just used the box broths ie College Inn, Pacific or Swanson. This jar claims to make 38 cups of broth. Don't really care too much quantity but the quality means more to me. Yes the sodium can be high but as a chef just know how to mix it in with other ingredients and you won't go wrong with this product. Makes your beef braises more flavorful and French onion soup delicious!!!
