Work great and taste good
These were great tasting, and give plenty of energy with no crash. I have not done it yet, but I’m sure these would be good frozen. I will buy these again. !

It works great for the right activity.
The watermelon one is the worst tasting one. That being said. If you’re going for a long strenuous hike -amazing! Took one before Sitton peak and the first 2 miles were cake . Do not take one on empty stomach or if you’re just sitting around not doing anything for a few hours .
